When is Check-in and Check-out?
Check in is 3 pm
Check out is 12 noon

Do you accommodate Late Check-out or early Check-in?
Based on availability, yes.  We can always request but cannot guarantee until day of check in or check out.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel with no penalty 24 hours prior to arrival (by 3 pm the day before arrival) unless otherwise specified.

Does the hotel accept packages?
Yes, there is a fee of $5 per box per day for storage

Is there a fee to use the Fitness Center?
No, it is included

Is there wifi available at the hotel?
Yes, in guest rooms and all public space

Is the hotel pet friendly?
No.

Does the hotel have a business center?
No. However, we do have two computers available for guest use in our lobby.  Printing 10 pages or less is complimentary.

What is included in resort fee?

  • Wireless internet access throughout the entire property on multiple devices
  • Complimentary weekday reception – Monday – Friday from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM in the lobby (some holidays may be excluded).
  • In room local and toll free calls.
  • Seasonal welcome beverage at Check In area.
  • Daily local newspapers available in The Parlour and delivered to your room upon request.
  • Access to our 24 hour fitness center.
  • Access to our Laptop Lounge including complimentary printing and faxing.

What is the average taxi cost to the hotel from the area airports?
Cab from LGA starting at 35.00 depending on traffic- Newark 85.00 depending on traffic – Taxis from JFK are a flat fee of 52.00 plus toll/tip about 65.00- (toll 9.00 to JFK).
