The Best September Concerts

New York City draws international talent from far and wide. It’s safe to say that New York City is the concert-mecca of the Northeast. Which is why you should catch one of these incredible acts this September.

OctFest | Governors Island | September 8th - 9th

Pitchfork and October have teamed up again with a stellar combination of brews and bands. The two-day lineup features over 20 bands and 90 breweries. Some of our favorites are Julie Byrne, the Flaming Lips, and Yo La Tengo. A single-day ticket includes 45 ounces of beer and a two-day ticket includes 90 ounces.

Van Morrison + Willie Nelson & Family | Forest Hills | September 12th

Head to Queens for a rare performance by icon Van Morrison and American institution Willie Nelson. Who knows what the night will have in store, but we are excited.

Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever | Bowery Ballroom | September 15th

Australia is producing some incredible bands, and this Aussie quintet knows how to bring the indie rock. Cruise down to the Lower East Side to catch this fantastic band.
