It's Time to Light the Lights

There’s what you think of when you think of Christmas lights, and then there’s Dyker heights, a neighborhood of Brooklyn known during the holidays as "Dyker Lights," with homes that have been featured on TLC’s "Crazy Christmas Lights" and incorporate synchronized music, fifteen-foot-tall Santas, animatronic snowmen and more. It’s a tradition that has been going strong for over twenty years, and you can see it all with the Slice of Brooklyn Holiday Lights Tour. Running all through December except on Christmas Eve and Christmas, visitors meet up in Union Square, just five minutes from our Madison Avenue hotel, and take a cozy tour bus through these neighborhoods and their bonanza of Christmas lights. The buses are heated and also feature Christmas music and videos playing throughout the drive. So come see Christmas lights taken to new heights without all that hassle of putting them up yourself.

Address: Union Square, New York City
